The Battle Action of Characters Who Have Great Writers' Name - Bungo Stray Dogs (文豪ストレイドッグス)
Today I would like to recommend Bungo Stray Dogs . It is an action manga written by Kafuka Asagiri and illustrated by Sango Harukawa. They started to serialize it in Young Ace from 2013, and serialization is continuing. As of February 2022, the total number of copies of the series, including electronic editions, has exceeded 10 million. In this manga, some great writers become characters and they fight, using special abilities taking their literary works’ name. Besides, many of their settings are related to the writers' own episodes or works. The hero is a boy, Atsushi Nakajima who was removed from the orphanage and wandered. When he just about to decide to steal money to survive, he encounters a strange man washing away in the river. Atsushi helps the man, but the man openly shows his discontent about obstruction of suicide by drowning. The name of that mysterious man is Osamu Dazai. Later, his co-worker, Doppo Kunikida comes looking for him and they treat hungry Atsushi to a meal
